- I am the Broker/Owner of Tropical Realty of Suntree, Inc in Melbourne Florida. I also am involved in two Real Estate related companies called 100MPH Marketing which is a lead conversion CRM Software company as well as eHomes Realty which is a membership company for indepenent Real Estate Agents, Teams and Brokerages.

I have been a Homegain Buyer Link user for the past three years and have had a tremendous amount of success. Currently almost my entire online marketing is through Buyer Link. Over the past few years I have found that using Buyer Link is the smartest means of generating Real Estate related traffic to my sites. My conversion rates are up and we are closing lots of deals so I am a big believer!

A great opportunity to grow your online business!
After I wrote my blog yesterday about lead conversion I realized that many might not know how to get traffic to your site to create leads. For several years I spent a ton of money on Google and Yahoo's pay per click program. So what is this lead conversion stuff all about?
It's been an interesting couple of years in Real Estate. We went from a thriving market in 2004 into 2005 and then it all seemed to stop by the end of 2005. The cool thing is though, our 100MPH Marketing system keeps on ticking! I'm not sure if we would have made it if we didn't have such a strong system to help us generate leads and turn them into customers for life.
