I'm open to helping as much as I can. As you may know, we use Buyer Link for generating traffic as well as other online partnerships. However, Buyer Link provides me with the best and least expensive traffic that I buy. I always get at least a 16% conversion from clicks to leads and all my business comes from online marketing. Last year we helped 193 customers buy their home by using the Internet. Not bad for a company of only 14 Agents at the time and the worst Real Estate Market we have seen in years!

With that said, generating the traffic is only part of the process. You can generate thousands of visitors but if you don't know how to handle them, you are wasting a lot of money. Of course I can't tell you in a paragraph how to make your site better or how to generate more sales from your online marketing. I can tell you that buyer link accomplishes some very important goals for me. Firstly, I don't have to spend one second of my day checking my online marketing campaign. Before Buyer Link I spent 2 hours every morning keeping on top of my 500 keywords. The other major accomplishment is in my click to lead percentage. From Yahoo and Google I received a conversion rate right around 8%. With Buyer Link that stays around 16% and some days as high as 21%. It's very reliable! Oh, did I mention that it costs me 50% less than doing Google and Yahoo?

The one word of advice I would give everyone is, if you are going to do any Internet Marketing at all, you need to have the proper capture tools. In fact, I can't tell you how many people call me and tell me their Internet marketing isn't working. The first place I check is their search page. It's almost always the cause of their lack of leads. If you don't have people register to view the MLS on your site, you are missing the boat big time. Sure most people will not register and will go away from your site. However, tell me how many people hit the contact us button who come to your site. I bet it's less than a tenth of a percent or less!

Hopefully that get's the ball rolling for you. I'm always available to help people with their Internet Marketing as I always do. On Wednesday we are finally launching our 100MPH Marketing Lead Conversion Software. It won't be ready for the public for at least another 45 days. We are going to launch in house first and make sure we fix anything before going public. I can tell you that it's the best thing I have seen out there and I am always looking!

Barbershop Blog Books: Offline Marketing For an Online World

I've gotten a good deal of business from brochures in barbershops. This weekend, I'm working on a new project for my barbershop marketing:
