We are seeing an increase in buyer interest in the Northeast Texas area! Our job market here is better than most of the rest of the country, and our home prices have not been falling. We have some reduction overall in home sales prices, but nothing like many other harder hit areas of the U.S.

Let's get this housing market back on track so the rest of the economy can 'get better'!
