Thanks to Home Gain we have two new listings this week and we just closed a Home Gain buyer Friday. Home Gain provides about 1/3 or so of our total sales.

Home Gain Referrals
Thanks to Home Gain our sales are holding well. This month alone we are closing three Home Gain buyer referrals and with our other sales we are surviving. After 25 yrs full time in the real estate industry in all facets of the business my wife Barb and I are doing rather well, especially now we are each 70 yrs old and going strong.
