Each city now has its own home prices section that compliments the blogging tabs of homegain members.

If you visit the front page of HomeGain.com you access homegain member blogs in the second box under the title "agent blogs". You can also check out HomeGain member profiles from the home page by clicking on "agent profiles". You can view the featured listings of HomeGain members by clicking on "featured listings" and you can check out which home improvements provide sellers with the best return on investment by clicking on "seller tools".

Source for Sellers was renamed Agent View in 2008 when HomeGain added blogging and featured listings components to the product.

The home valuation tool in Agent View was first launched by HomeGain in 1999 and was the first web based instant home valuation tool on the market-predating Zillow's efforts by more than five years.
