I joined Home Gain last Fall and experimented with different products. Agent Evaluator works best for me. I take the time to answer each request with a personalized message. Those who work with me often comment that I was the "only" agent who responded specifically to their questions or comments. I have met some great clients and got into the Silver Group in less than 1 year. That means lots of additional commissions for me. One of my Home Gain clients actually has us signed up for an appearance on HGTV. It doesn't get much better than that.

I've been with HomeGain since they started (forget the year), and I am proud to be in the HomeGain Platinum group. It really means a lot to me and to potential clients reading the proposals. I have seen a fall-off in responses over the past 6 months, but prior to that, I always get 1 out of each group of proposals I send out--mostly sellers but have had buyer clients as well, just not as many as sellers in my experience. Personalization is the key.

I have also been using AE for quite a few years with great success. However, patience is key as well as the personalized proposals. The clients like to feel as though they are corresponding with an actual person and not just a canned response. Best of luck to all my fellow Homegain peers in 2009.

No, I will wait until one to two days before the lead expires and send a final proposal but I change it up some. This way they have my email on their desk top on last time. I also send MLS numbers to view to the Buyers and ask them to log onto my web site to view these homes. Activity increases in March through Sept. The rest of the months are not very active but I am just patient.

Patricia, will you send multiple proposals to the same lead if you do not hear from them in a few days???

I have been with the Agent Evaluator for several years and am now a "Silver Club" member. This tool is very effective but you must have patience and be sure to customize every proposal for the best return.

I just started this product at NAR in Orlando 2008. I have submitted my proposals, they have been getting read, but I have not been getting contacted. Now what? :)
