Slow business

We have many years in this business but have not seen it this slow the last few months. We would appreciate any suggestions from other top producers what they are doing that we may not. We have 11 listings at this time, like more. Home Gain listings also slow to respond. We use "800" call capture sign riders but those aren't working right now. We know that every four years with a presidential election plus with the absurd financial mess being published by the media has not helped. We will be glad to discuss and trade tools with anyone.

I also have been in about 12 years now and it really depends on ajusting to the new world of the internet.I have several different memberships to different Realtor Web Sites that are our there.I have been cutting back on many of the Homes books in which I advertise ,they just are not where the buyers are looking for a home. Many of the sites I use are also experiencing a big slow down as well. However, many buyers are looking to the internet before they even call us and is making it very tough to keep their interst in working with one Realtor.Check out some of these free sites-Point2Agent,Active Rain,Postlets.com, or any other blogging site.
